Andrea Stearns

President / Partner

Andrea Stearns is one of the founding partners of Benefits Guidance Group, an employee benefits company. With roots firmly planted in the Pittsburgh area, Andrea made her debut in the worksite benefits arena in 2003. Her focus was, and still is, designing benefit packages that ensure employee sustainability. She is an expert in customizing plans that contain benefit costs while attracting and retaining quality employees. With the changing landscape created by the Affordable Care Act, Andrea had the vision to expand her client base to include a partnership with brokers. This collaboration has allowed her to draw upon her expertise in voluntary benefits and assist brokers in delivering comprehensive benefit solutions for their clients.
