Monica Zmuda is a founding partner of Benefits Guidance Group. Beginning her career as a Benefits Guidance Specialist in 2008, Monica quickly built a client portfolio ranging from small businesses and local unions to large corporations and healthcare facilities. She is an expert in managing the ever-increasing costs of healthcare while simultaneously enhancing employer benefit package options. As a BGG advisor, Monica continues to manage and grow her portfolio of employers and brokers who regularly rely upon her to guide them through the complexities of worksite benefits.
